These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the museumist.eu online store and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Prices

All product descriptions and images on our website are as accurate as possible. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT (20%) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation applies.

3. Ordering and Contract

A binding purchase contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Payment is due at the time of order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the EU and to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@museumist.eu with your order number.

Conditions for returns:

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase

7. Warranty and Complaints

All products come with a 2-year warranty as required by EU law. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect at hello@museumist.eu. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, and logos — is the property of Museumist OÜ or used under license. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

10. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes directly. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may submit a complaint to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA, ttja.ee) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
